• Communications you send us by email, web form, SMS, or scheduling tools.
• Basic, privacy-respecting usage analytics (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) to understand site performance.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, discuss and deliver consulting/advisory engagements, schedule calls, and improve the website. We do not use your information for advertising and we do not sell it.

Mobile information & SMS

If you provide your mobile number, we may reply by SMS about the inquiry you initiated (see our SMS Terms). We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Service providers

We use a small set of vetted vendors strictly to operate the business — hosting and database, transactional email, scheduling, SMS/voice delivery, and AI assistance for drafting replies. They process data only on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments, and not for their own marketing. We do not share your data with anyone else except where required by law.

Retention & security

We keep contact and engagement records only as long as needed for the relationship and our legal/accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

Your choices
