Advisory
The advisory comes from the person who built the system
AdvisorOS — the engine that captures, scores, schedules, and runs the operations behind this site — is something I designed and operate. Advisory is that same judgment, applied to your stack.
Why me
Everything you've touched here — intake, qualification, scheduling, follow-up — runs on AdvisorOS, an operating system I built to treat advisory as an engineered system rather than an inbox. It quietly automates the work most teams still do by hand.
That's the case for the engagement: the strongest advisor on building an AI operating system is the person who has already built one and runs it in production every day. The advice isn't theory — it's the system you're standing in.
AdvisorOS, at a glance
One system, from first signal to booked engagement
Signals flow in, AdvisorOS scores and routes them, and the right next step happens automatically. The internals stay deliberately under the hood — what matters is that it runs, end to end, without the manual glue.
AdvisorOS — what it costs
Configuration from $15k+ upfront · custom monthly
Every deployment is bespoke — scoped to your systems, your volume, and the work you want taken off people's plates. Upfront covers configuration and integration; the monthly covers managed, observable operation. Exact numbers are set together once the scope is clear.

Ways to engage
Three ways to start
Discovery Call
30 minutesLeaders weighing an AI, automation, or integration initiative who need a fast, candid read before committing budget.
What you get
- Clear view of whether the initiative is feasible and worth pursuing
- The two or three risks that matter most, named early
- A recommended next step — engage, reshape, or hold
How it works
- 1. Short intake on your goal
- 2. 30-minute scoping conversation
- 3. Written summary + recommended path
Strategic Advisory Session
60 minutesTeams with a defined initiative that needs architecture and sequencing they can execute against.
What you get
- A target architecture and integration approach
- A pragmatic sequence: what to build first, and why
- A risk and governance plan that survives contact with production
How it works
- 1. Intake + materials review
- 2. 60-minute working session
- 3. Written recommendations you can act on
Executive AI Assessment
60 minutesExecutives who need a structured, jargon-free read on their AI, automation, and operational-intelligence maturity.
What you get
- A prioritized roadmap of opportunities, sized by impact
- Where AI creates real leverage — and where it doesn't
- The governance and data gaps to close before scaling
How it works
- 1. Review of your current state
- 2. 60-minute executive assessment
- 3. Prioritized, board-ready roadmap
Availability & terms
