Communication
Triage
Sorts, prioritizes, and drafts replies to your inbox.
Scoped in 1 day · delivered in 7 · 28 days of production support · 7 seats / release
What it does
Triage reads each incoming message, classifies it by intent and urgency, and surfaces the handful that actually need a human now. For routine threads it drafts a reply in your voice and parks it for one-click approval, so an overflowing inbox becomes a short, ordered queue.
Every classification carries a short reason and a confidence signal, and low-confidence items are flagged rather than auto-handled. You decide which categories may send on their own and which always wait for a person, so nothing important slips out without review.
Expect accurate sorting on the large majority of well-formed mail and meaningful time savings on repetitive replies. Ambiguous, multi-topic, or emotionally charged messages still benefit from a human read, and very high inbox volume can stretch turnaround during peaks.
