Scribe listens to the visit, drafts the clinical note, and writes it back to the chart over FHIR R4 so the clinician finishes the encounter without finishing paperwork after hours. Audio is transcribed, structured into a note, and presented for sign-off before anything is committed.

Each encounter runs transcription first, then a structured drafting pass that organizes the conversation into the sections your note expects, with the clinician editing and approving rather than typing from scratch. Nothing reaches the chart until a person signs the note.
