Relay
Real-time care-team alerts the moment an ADT event fires.
Scoped in 1 day · delivered in 7 · 28 days of production support · 7 seats / release
What it does
Relay listens to the HL7 v2 ADT feed and turns admit, discharge, and transfer messages into targeted alerts for the right care team within seconds. Instead of a clinician discovering a patient moved by reading the chart later, the team that owns that patient hears about it as it happens.
Each message is parsed, matched to a patient and an assigned team, then routed to the channel that team already watches, with deduplication so a flurry of corrections does not become a flurry of pings. Rules decide which event types matter to whom, so a discharge alerts a different group than an ICU transfer.
Latency from message receipt to delivered alert typically sits in the seconds range under normal load. Value depends on how cleanly your ADT feed maps events to teams, and Relay makes mismatches visible rather than silently dropping them.
