Booster
Bidirectional immunization-registry sync over HL7 v2 VXU.
Scoped in 1 day · delivered in 7 · 28 days of production support · 7 seats / release
What it does
Booster keeps your immunization records and the state registry in step, sending new doses out as HL7 v2 VXU messages and pulling forecasts and history back so a patient's record is whole no matter where the shot was given. It reconciles both directions instead of treating the registry as a write-only outbox.
Each dose is formatted into a conforming VXU message, transmitted, and acknowledged, while inbound history is matched to the right patient and merged without trampling existing entries. Mismatches and rejected messages surface in a queue rather than failing silently somewhere in the pipe.
Clean two-way sync cuts the manual lookups staff do when a patient's history lives partly in the registry, though registry response behavior varies by state. Booster reports acknowledgment and rejection rates so a stalled feed is something you can see and fix.
